The parts of the site nobody can safely get to.
Roofs, lighting towers, plant, gutters, cladding, the top of anything tall. Photographed close up from the ground, with no cherry picker, no scaffold and no one on a rope, and delivered with an interactive map of exactly where every picture was taken.

What it replaces
A cherry picker and an operator for a day, or a climb at each location, and the traffic plan that goes with either. Eleven towers at iPort took one morning from the ground.
What it isn’t
We provide the photographs and the record. We don’t provide measurements, heat imaging or a condition report, and we’ll say so if that’s what the job actually needs. Where you have your own roofing or building specialist, we’re happy to work with them on the day so they can direct the camera.

Eleven lighting towers, no cherry picker
Mason Street Furniture needed to know whether the weather covers on eleven column heads at Doncaster iPort were still in place. We photographed all eleven from the ground in a morning and handed over an interactive map: click any tower, see its pictures.
How it works
- Tell us about the site. Postcode, what’s being built, how long the programme is, and when your reporting date falls. We come back with a figure the same day.
- First visit. We fly the site, save the positions, and you get the first record within 24 hours. No commitment beyond that visit.
- Repeat at the interval you chose. Same positions every time. We aim to deliver two working days before your reporting date so the record is in the report, not after it.
- The map grows. Every visit adds a layer. By the end of the programme the client has the whole build, in order, from the same views.
Getting on site
Certificate of insurance supplied before the first visit, with higher limits arranged where the site requires them. A risk assessment and method statement supplied on request. Our pilot attends your induction and works to the site rules. CAA A2 Certificate of Competency; small, quiet aircraft that can work close to a live structure. Details on the credentials page.
